What I do is create a map for my clients… to get from where they are—to where they want to be—on a road to sustainable health—all-encompassing the mind, body, and spirit. 

The intention of my functional nutrition practice is to serve by supporting people with facts about nutrition/how it relates to the human body, counseling support, and spiritual guidance. The strategies are simple yet profound. And through these strategies and complete awareness, I personally created positive and clear results for myself that stacked on one another—day after glorious day. Slow and steady wins the race.

Functional Nutrition Counseling:

Here’s How We’ll Work Together

Step 1: Strategy Session 
Offering a 15-20 minute free Strategy Session to answer questions and explain functional nutrition services in order to determine if you are a good fit for counseling services. 

Step 2: Choose A Package 

Each package will give you your foundational health history timeline and a road map to tackle the root causes of what’s going on inside your body. 

Step 3: Intake Form 

You complete the Comprehensive Intake Form and return it at least 5-7 days prior to our first session or the VIP day experience. Sessions are scheduled consecutive weekly. This is your time to honor yourself and your body.

Step 4: Session 1 – Dedicated 1-hour Health History Session 

This session provides a completed foundational timeline for you based on the information gathered during our strategy session and the Intake Form received. The Timeline serves as a great resource for your family and if you have children.  

Step 5: Session 2 – Dedicated 1-hour Functional Nutrition Matrix Session 

This session provides a Functional Nutrition Matrix for you based on your personal Timeline and previous sessions held. The Functional Nutrition Matrix is a living, breathing, and wholistic document that serves as a major resource. I highly encourage this document be brought with you to any medical appointments. This document captures your entire human journey so no stone is left unturned when making any future decisions. 

Step 6: Session 3+ Functional Nutrition Counseling 

This 1-hour Functional Nutrition Counseling session is when we will summarize your challenges, provide my recommendations, and set realistic and sustainable next steps for you to take. Here is where the rubber meets the road and you will have a clear path to getting where you want to be with your health and wellness. Remember, slow and steady wins the race.

On-Going Functional Nutrition Counseling 

We are co-creators on your journey and the primary goal is a joint one. Beyond what you can imagine, I can help you get on a healthier path by sharing facts about nutrition, providing resources and tools, creating positive energy around your experience, and giving spiritual guidance through my recommendations during our time together. 

If appropriate, VIP clients can opt for regularly held sessions after their VIP day. For my 3-week or 12-week clients, they can continue with individual Functional Nutrition Matters Counseling Sessions at the prepaid hourly rates or opt-in at my reduced rates for booking three or more appointments.

The time is now to take charge of your health like never before! Your health is more than a priority; it’s crucial. If we don’t take the time to care about our physical and mental health, who will?
